Article: How to Make Money with Affiliates Using Freebies

I first saw this affiliate technique when I was recently purchasing an electronic product on the internet and found the concept interesting. I had to do some digging to figure out how the person offering the freebies was making money, but I finally figured it out. Here is the main concept:

You MUST create a freebie which depends on an affiliate service to operate correctly.

How does this work in practice? Let me give you an example. Let's say that I create a website that can be used to make money. I could sell the web pages bundled into a suite of electronic products and try to sell my web pages via Clickbank. This might work, but competition might also be an issue.

Alternatively, I could find a web hosting affiliate program which pays for new websites. This way I can give my web pages away to anyone who purchases a website. I earn money from the web hosting company and the purchaser gets a new web site and web pages for free. There are some things to consider when choosing a web hosting affiliate program:

• The start-up costs should be low.
• If you are going to set-up the site for your customers, make sure that when your customer shares their login information, this does not violate any web hosting rules.
• Know if a customer must maintain a site for a duration of time before you get your affiliate payout.
• Quick turn around for setting uo a domain (if needed).
• Customer support options and quality.
• Website maintainability (your customers may not be internet savy, so make sure that if they want to make changes they can.)
• Last, but certainly not least, make sure that the affiliate payout is GREAT! This going to be your income for the referral, get as much as you can.

I have seen this technique applied into two areas thus far, Adsence Article and Clickbank Review websites. I will discuss how to create your own money making Adsense Article and/or Clickbank Review websites in another article.

Day One: Where it all starts ...

For many years I have been dabbling in internet marketing and I have finally decided to make a commitment to really focus on making some serious money. In the past, I have made a little here and a little there, but nothing to really brag about.

But that is all about to change. I am a normal person, with a typical 9 to 5 job. I currently work in an American High Tech, Fortune 100 corporation. This blog will document my internet marketing experience to share with anyone who is interested. Why would I do this? To really prove that anyone with the right information, really can make money on the internet.

Over the years I have purchased several internet marketing products which did a great job at explaining what to do, but not why it was done. The real though patterns behind the methods is never shared. Without the though patterns, reproducing the same results are almost impossible. I will tell you what I did and why I did it.

You will find that I am not much for fluff, so enough of the introductions, let's get started ....

Day One: The First Step ... Getting a Domain and/or Website

I know, I know ... to be an internet marketer you do not have to have a domain or website. In the future I may explore these internet marketing technique, but as you will see, I had a particular direction I wanted to take, so I needed a domain and website.

I have been reading on the internet about Clickbank review website, but I do not have the time to get an entire website built from scratch. I searched and found that ClickbankReady.com has what I wanted. Here is why I selected ClickbankReady.com:

• The website has two streams of revenue, Clickbank and Adsense (to find out more about Adsense use the button at the bottom of the side bar to the right).
• The initial website is ready for marketing, no changes needed. ClickbankReady.com set everything up for me, I sent my Clickbank ID and Adsense ID and my website was set-up within 24 hours.
• It only cost me $15.01 to get started
• The bonuses are relevant to the website offer. Some bonuses are all over the place and just a huge compilations of junk, but not here.

First item of note, I am NOT an affiliate of ClickbankReady.com. Mainly because they do not have an affiliate program. What I do find interesting is how ClickbankReady.com makes it's money, but for now I will make this a topic for later discussions.

Day One: The Second Step ... Getting the Right Information

There are a ton of "How To Make Money" on the internet web sites. Weeding through the junk to find one to start with was not easy. I finally settled on The Rich Jerk.com (funny name, interesting website reading, brilliant internet marketer) here is why:

• First and foremost, it is on Clickbank. Again, I have bought products from Clickbank before and know the quality.
• Second, I am advertising it from my Clickbank review website, Reviews-n-More so I better make sure that I agree with the review.
• Lastly, I found this one out after I purchased, you would be stupid not to buy this guys material. I have it and it is the best material I have ever read. I will be applying more technique from his ebook than any other material I have found.

So, I have the website, I have the information and now it is time to start working on generating some money from Reviews-n-More.
